Cancellation Policy

Sometimes, things come up and guests have to cancel. Below are a few points to consider when one has to cancel or change your confirmed booking:

• To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

• If guests cancel or make changes between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the reservation deposit is forfeited (50% of all booked nights).

• If guests cancel less than 7 days before check-in, and we are unable to fill your booking, then there is no refund issued (100% of all booked nights to be paid in full).

• Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
